YYJ Gravel is a community website for gravel riding enthusiasts in the Victoria area. If you love gravel riding and think sharing routes with others is fun (and having routes shared with you) then consider contributing your knowledge by writing a route description. It's not a fancy wiki, so sharing your routes will be a manual process but I'll try to keep it painless.
Routes should be:
Brief but thorough enough to provide information for the reader to understand the route, it's challenges, and what makes is compelling
Include photographs (try to not included recognizable people) - with bikes!
Do research and provide links
Try to keep the description about the route and not a diary entry about the awesome ride you had
Use existing routes as a template
To get started, join the Discord and let us know you'd like to contribute (Hint: I'll ask you to email an article with photos in roughly the same format as those already posted) or reach out on Instagram.
